Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days after the product is delivered.

9.2 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

9.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

9.4 Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@calmecomfort.gr with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos or videos of the item (if applicable)

  2. Our team will respond within 48 business hours with instructions.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  4. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

9.5 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size/color selected), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
